THURSDAY - SEPTEMBER 11
- 8:00am – Vendor and Sponsor sey-up ALL DAY
- 12:00pm – Open ride day, must have signed waiver and have wristband
- 3:00pm – Beginner and Family Racing Orientation Clinics- Format TBD. Should take no more the 1 hour
- 6:00pm – Track is closed for riding
- Enjoy downtown Angels Camp!
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12TH
- 7:00am – Gates open for vendors and swap meet participants
- 8:00am – Check-in and era-correct/tech inspection for pre-registration racers
- 9:00am – Registration for Classic, 4 Star Series, California Cup Grand Prix, Push Bike Racing, Bike Show and Swap Meet registration
- 9:00am – Track open for practice
- 11:30am – Track is closed for practice (Lunch)
- 12:30pm – Track is open for practice
- 4:30pm – Registration for 4-Star Series Race CLOSED
- 4:30pm – Track is closed for practice
- 5:00pm – 4 Star/California Cup Grand Prix Last Chance Qualifier-Modern BMX Racing, 2-Moto Format, Transfer System
- 8:00pm – Registration for ALL Saturday and Sunday Activities Close (There is NO sign-ups for Saturday Racing on Saturday)

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH
NO SATURDAY RACING OR BIKE SHOW REGISTRATION!
- 6:00am – Gates open for racers, vendors, swap meet and bike show participants
- 6:30am – 7:00am – Swap Meet registration
- 7:30am – Practice until 8:15am
- 7:30 – Gates open for public
- 8:30am – Opening Ceremonies with Honoring Grand Marshalls, The Pattersons & National Anthem
- 8:30am – Bike Show open/judging begins
- 9:00am – Classic Moto #1 begins
- 11:00am (appx) – Classic Moto #2 begins
- 1:00pm (appx) – Track is CLOSED FOR THE DAY.
- 1:00pm (appx after Moto #1)- Legends of BMX Autograph Session to 2:30pm
- 2:30pm – Bike Show Awards Ceremony
- 3:30 – Event Ends – VENUE IS CLOSED
- 5:30pm – 10:00pm – BMX Action Foundation’s “Legends of BMX Party” and the NorCal BMX Hall of Fame plus auctions benefitting John Crews’ Davis Phinney Foundation for Parkinsons. (Tickets available onsite at Big Black Merch Trailer for $50 (Pre-Order Here)

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH
- 7:00am – Gates open for racers, vendors and swap meet participants
- 7:30am – Registration opens for California Cup Grand Prix, 2-moto, total points system
- 7:30am – Track is open for practice
- 7:30am – Gates open for public
- 8:30am – REGISTRATION CLOSED!
- 9:00am – Track is closed.
- 9:15am – Opening Ceremonies & National Anthem
- 9:30am – California Cup Grand Prix begins 2-motos
- 11:30am – Qtrs, Semis, etc. inserted into California Cup Grand Prix semi and main schedule
